With your skills, you'll ensure that our Installation & Commissioning (I&C) team can successfully execute projects all over the world.

Your future role

As a Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for organizing and supporting our I&C projects. Your tasks include:

Parts and Installation Kits

• Manage the procurement and distribution of necessary parts and installation kits.
• Ensure that everything arrives on time and complete at the project sites.

Tools and Certification

• Oversee the maintenance and certification of tools, including lifting equipment.
• Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Fleet Management

• Manage the I&C team’s vehicle fleet: from maintenance planning to efficient vehicle deployment.

Salesforce & Administration

• Support the use of Salesforce for project management and client communication.
• Manage timesheets, expenses, and overnight allowances.

Travel Planning

• Plan and book travel arrangements in collaboration with the I&C Supervisor.

Audits and Support

• Conduct regular inspections of tools and vehicles to ensure everything remains safe and operational.

Requirements

You are an organizational talent with a passion for technology. Additionally, you have:

• Experience in a coordinating or supporting role, preferably in a technical environment.
• A keen eye for detail and knowledge of administrative processes.
• Good command of both Dutch and English.
• Familiarity with systems like Salesforce is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
