Your future team

At Premier Tech Systems and Automation, we enhance our clients’ manufacturing facility efficiency by integrating innovative and high-value systems leveraging the full potential of robotics. We are among the largest conditioning, handling, and packaging automated equipment suppliers in the world — whether for nutrition, agriculture, organics or industrial products.

Your future role

  • Identify and execute the pre-launch, launch and end-of-life (EOL) processes for new, existing and exiting market segment equipment
  • Oversee all activities for the launch of products on identified markets
  • Bring together the main internal and external stakeholders — including sales, product management, engineering, marketing, training, secondary market, manufacturing, logistics, finances and regions leadership
  • Ensure the alignment and the preparation of the teams for a high-performance commercial launch from day one
  • Manage the validation plan — including the Customer Acceptance Trials, evidence accumulation protocols, testimonials and the proof of concept for commercial validation
  • Ensure the right focus for the launch to get optimal returns on investment
  • Track and measure business output and comments from stakeholders and report them to leadership
  • Implement an efficient commercial feedback loop and adapt communications accordingly
  • Ensure the alignment of the operations as well as the process, product and service’s continuous improvement, allowing for optimal business output
  • Keep business forecasts and expectations up to date to ensure an optimal internal implementation

Required skills

  • Training in marketing, sales, administration or any related field
  • 7 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience within a multinational company
  • Passion for business relationships
  • Great knowledge of key commercialization concepts and processes involved in the life cycle of a product portfolio
  • Strong negotiation and mediation ability
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office — mainly Outlook and Excel
  • Fluency in French — proficiency
  • Fluency in Spanish — for communication purposes for clients outside of Québec — would be an asset
