Your future role

• Manage the assembly and commissioning phase of project equipment
• Represent the company (its values and objectives) to the client. Be the focal point of communication between the client and the internal areas
• Integrally manage the progress of project execution, kick off meeting (internal and external), engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, assembly and field commissioning
• Identify risks and opportunities in advance, promoting mitigation actions
• Negotiate and manage claims, change orders, and contractual amendments
• Manage milestones, delivery schedules and installation of components for field assembly of equipment, production progress and transportation, enforcing established deadlines, coordinating communication and fluidity of actions of the involved parties
• Manage the contractual delivery process, analysis and resolution of problems and pending issues, ensuring the issuance of the provisional and final acceptance certificate, for the beginning of the warranty period
• Perform consolidated management of project KPI's, prepare and present reports for area and BU management
• Analyze, prepare and present the results of the projects' progress

Required skills

• Education completed in Engineering, Business Administration or others related
• MBA/Specialization in Project Management
• PMP Certification (differential)
• Proven experience as a PM, in the execution of custom projects
• Availability to work in Jundiaí-SP
• Advanced English (mandatory) and Spanish (desirable)
• Previous experience in: Project Management, Construction Coordination, Project Contractual Administration
• MS-PROJECT, POWER BI, OFFICE package, EXCEL ADVANCED
